What is our return policy?

-All yoyos are tested for top quality before they are shipped out. If you order a yoyo and would like to return it, send a request through the contact page. In the case of a return, you will be provided a shipping address to send the products back to. Once the items are received back to our warehouse and inspected, you will receive a refund for the price of the yoyos. *Please note, returns will only be accepted for unopened, unused yoyos. Any sign of a used or damaged product will disqualify that product for a refund.

Why did my yoyo start making weird noises and isn’t spinning right?

-Modern yoyos require maintenance. If your yoyo isn’t spinning properly, the bearing needs to be cleaned. Follow this guide to get it working properly again.

How long does it take to receive my order?

-Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping option. I offer both USPS first class and Fedex shipping. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your order until it arrives to you.

What is your privacy policy?

-All personal information entered during your order is secure, and none of your information will be shared with anyone.

-All yoyos are shipped from our warehouse in Phoenix Arizona, USA.
